Gypsy was a stray who was taken in by my co-worker. We took her into our home after meeting her at their house since we had so much open space in our backyard. She's a beautiful and caring family companion who we love very much. We've been taking care of her for two years now and she's four years old. Now we have to move into a smaller place with no back yard and we need to find her a home with people who will love her as much as we do. She displayed signs of prior abuse when we first took her on such as intense fear of enclosed spaces, like a kennel, and fear of strangers. She's never displayed any signs of aggression but she's also extremely protective of the family and lets out a very intimidating bark when people knock on the door or a rabbit comes in the yard. She is so well behaved she made me fall in love with dogs. I was a cat person for my whole life. She never pulls on the leash, she's nice to visitors and other dogs, and she treats our baby with so much respect.
