My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

How can so much love and sassiness fit into 6lbs?! We have no idea but somehow Ruby has a personality the size of a great dane. She is a little shy at first but then all she wants is to nuzzle in your neck and sleep on your lap. Ruby joined Rescuzilla with a severe ear infection and head tilt. After 6 weeks of ear treatments her head tilt is less noticeable. Despite all that she wiggles her chubby body (we're working on some weight loss!) around the yard exploring every scent. Ruby is a bit of a nudist and does not like sweaters so don't expect to spend much on clothes. Ruby gets along with and enjoys the company of other dogs but she won't share her bed with them. A girl has to have her own space!

Ruby is housebroken (but may mark once in a while), spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She has some age related cataracts in both eyes and corneal dystrophy in her right one that currently does not require medication but would need monitoring and possible future treatment.
