My story

RAZ IS ADOPTED!
WHERE I STARTED: Meet Raz ! Raz is a 10-year-old pug who is healthy and up to date on all shots, and pretty spunky for his age! He lived in Florida until recently when his owner passed away. He came back with a family member but it wasn’t working out because he wasn’t getting along with the other dogs in his new family. Raz would do best in a home with no other dogs or very low key dogs not interested in playing and cats are okay! Other dogs are just a bit stressful for him and he really just loves playing with his humans. He is also leash and house trained! In fact, he loves public outings any chance he gets! Remember, while I am a senior dog full of life, I may not be best suited if you have active kids or super playful dogs.
MY NEW LOVE RESCUE STORY: After a few failed meet/greets with other resident dogs it looked like we might need a home where Raz was the only dog. We got an application from a lovely young lady who was interested in Raz, but they already had a dog and we just weren’t sure if it was going to work. Surprise! Their dog Penny had just the right personality for Raz! Penny has been so patient with Raz, and she too is a cute little pug! We are happy to report that Raz is beaming in his new home! He has learned to do stairs, he gets a lot of snuggles and this pup even scored his very own lake house and loves getting out of town for R&R!
