My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hemingway is an older gentleman looking for somewhere to spend his retirement years. He’s a sweet guy and loves to have people around who appreciate a good couch companion and a sleeping buddy at night. He’s very polite and doesn’t hog the bed. He’s a pretty mellow guy and has lived with other cats, dogs & a toddler but would probably do best in a less active home where he got most of the human attention to himself. He always comes to greet his foster Mom when she comes in the door and appreciates lots of pets.

Hemingway has some of the most unusual markings we have seen. His super soft fur ranges in color from grey-blue to blonde!

Hemingway is FIV+, but don't worry, FIV+ cats can still live long healthy lives. This is just one reason why an indoor-only home for him is critical!

Hemingway is currently being fostered in Athens, GA.

All of our cats and kittens are fostered in homes so we know their personalities. They are spayed or neutered, tested for FIV and FeLV, up to date on shots, microchipped, de-wormed, and on flea preventative. Our goal is to match our fosters with the best home possible.

The adoption fees for our felines are as follows: $100 for kittens (or 2 for $170); $85 for adult cats (or 2 for $150); and $50 each for our special seniors/FIV+ kitties. Please email cofaspets@gmail.com for more information.
