Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We ADOPT ONLY IN THE GREATER ST. LOUIS AREA.
Sweetie Millie is one of the happiest dogs we have ever met. She loves her squeaky toys, her balls, her chew bones. She loves snuggling and belly rubs. She loves playing with other dogs and cats, if they are willing partners. Millie likes chasing squirrels, she likes napping on the sofa, and sitting in a window, watching the world go by. Millie manages to find joy in everything around her! Millie was found as a stray, and needed to have her front leg removed due to an injury. Nothing slows down our Millie! She runs and plays just like every other dog. Millie prefers to be in your lap, by your side and to sleep on the big bed. So, an ideal home for Millie would be one where she was welcomed on the furniture for extra cuddles.
Millie would prefer a house with a fenced yard and due to her very vocal nature, no apartment living. Millie is an energetic, active girl who is super smart and can be easily trained. She can go for short walks on lead and enjoys a fun game of fetch in the yard. She is house trained and crate trained, and is just as sweet and loving as can be. Millie would do best in a one story home. She can do a few steps to the yard, but a full flight would not be the best for her.
Millie is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, and on heartworm preventive. She is about three years old. She is also chipped. We do not adopt to homes with young children. Corgis are a herding breed and can have a tendency to nip. A fenced yard is absolutely required for Millie! She would be best with an active family. WE ADOPT ONLY IN THE GREATER ST. LOUIS AREA.
