Charlie would make a great companion for someone who wants an easy-care dog. He is 8 years "young" and is very loving and friendly with everyone. He will be very excited when you get home, but then would like nothing more than to relax with you while you unwind from a busy day. At only 25 lbs, he would likely meet your condo/apartment restrictions.
