My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Man, we both hate to be Debbie Downers but our owner just surrendered us both to Newaygo County Animal Shelter and we are a tad confused but are trying to make the best of it.

So, to stay positive we'll focus on some great things about both of us....
- we are 1 year old Heeler/Border Collie mixes
- we are super smart and affectionate
- neither of us like cats (sorry feline peeps)
- we both LOVE little humans
- we know basic commands and we would each do great in a home with maybe another dog to teach us more
- while we would love to be adopted together, we tend to be a tad naughty, just like sisters can be, so a home for each of us would be the best.
-Baby sings better but Chevy looks better in pearls.

All dogs available for adoption are spayed or neutered, receive a DHLPP, deworming, are heartworm tested, given a rabies shot, flea and tick treatment and a dog license. All of this for an adoption fee of $90 - that is less than a Benjamin!

Open adoption hours are weekly 11-1 Monday-Friday but after hours appointments can be made if you would like to meet a dog and can't make it during regular office hours.
