Hi, my name is Rusty and as of Jan. 2009 I am 14 months old. I have been neutered and had all the regular stuff done to me. What a drag! I would much rather be playing with someone or sitting on a lap being loved. I am not housetrained though, so you would have to have patience with me till I figured out exactly what you wanted me to do. Email is the fastest way for a response. You can also call 304-228-9047. Adoption fee's are required to help this & other pets receive the medical,grooming,etc care they need. Adoption fee's must be paid in CASH. RCAR reserves the right to refuse adoption when we feel it is not in the best interest of the pet. Applications are approved or denied in the order they are received,therefore if you see the pet you applied for listed as adopted,this doesn't mean that your application was denied it may however mean that it was simply not the first application received.We will in most cases notify an approved potential adopter within 72 hours. Please understand that our group is run by volunteers,which means they have families,jobs,etc that must come first,therefore emails and phone calls may not be returned the same day that they are received. We make every attempt to answer all emails and phone calls within 72 hours.
