My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is our Big Joe, a Handsome, Gentle Strong Yellow Labrador Retriever. This young man is approximately 2 1/2 years old and full Retriever - Active, Smart - Gentle. Big Joe was found wandering around the countryside (probably looking for Ladies).

Joe was thin, and unclaimed. Now he's gaining weight, (approximately 70lbs now) up to date on all vaccines, including Rabies Certificate, and neutered. Joe is completely crate and getting better everyday with walking on leash. Joe loves going for long walks in our rural neighborhood, although a good run in the country does him well. Joe is also a fantastic co-pilot on car rides!

In his Foster home Joe is on monthly Heartworm and Flea/Tick prevention and kept as an inside / outside family member. Our Joe dog, cat and teenager approved! Because of his Size, Activity Level and True Retriever in him, he would do great with an Active Family, possibly with fenced room to roam.

Our Joe requires Patient Consistant Training as he is a Gentle Loyal Soul (Maybe Retriever Training near the Water!) to become Your Best Guy Forever.
His adoption fee is $150.00
