Hi there! My name is Peyten. I am a mature little chihuahua with the sweetest demeanor. I came as an owner surrender when my owner decided I needed more attention then they had time for. You see, I really like to be with my people. It makes me feel safe and I always want to be with you. Power of the Paw says I would do awesome in a home with a retired couple who can just make me their princess. 

 

My foster mom says I am good with small dogs but don't like cats. I also don't like small children because I was tormented by small toddlers a while back. Since then, I really prefer the older crowd. The younger crowd just has too much energy for me. I am crate trained and know how to use a doggie door, for your convenience. I am awesome on leash and love to sleep on the bed. 

I am starved for attention and am really looking for someone who can dote on me and who has time to make me a priority.
