Meet Lily...
Especially sad is Lily's case. Lily, a beautiful black cat has been at what she hoped would be her furever home for 2.5 years. Instead, she's been returned because of peeing where she shouldn't have. Lily was trying to tell her humans that she wasn't feeling well: she had crystals in her urine. But even when this was found out by Smitten With Kittens, her family didn't want her back anymore. Lily needs to be on a special diet forever to prevent the pain and discomfort that crystals cause. She's not a bad kitty, she just wasn't feeling well. She would love to find a new home and family that won't throw her away over an inconvenience caused by a relatively minor health issue.
Are you the human for her? Why not visit her this weekend at Petco - Pembroke Pines Adoption Center. (12251 Pines Blvd) Fees for her adoption are waived this weekend.
