Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Lucy. I am a very sweet girl. I get along well with all the other dogs at my foster mom’s house (two small ones and one bigger dog). I share toys with them and would like to play. Previously, I lived with a cat just fine. I enjoy walks, know basic commands and listen very good to tones of voices. I’m housetrained and crate trained. I unfortunately was reluctantly returned, as you see I’m still a young dog and when left alone, will shred a dog bed that is left in my crate. My foster mom is gone during the week each day for up to 10 hours and she leaves just the tray and hard chew toys inside for me and I do just well with that. When I meet new people, I am shy and reserved, but after just a few days with them open up and give kisses and cuddles. Strangers I am leery of and I hang my head a bit to avoid them, so a patient owner to work with me on that would be ideal. I live with a young boy who sometimes gets too loud for me and that scares me, I’ve never jumped up on anyone as I have good maners, but prefer a quieter household. I do well in a car and settle nicely for a drive. I love to sleep with my foster mom at night in the bed with her and I sleep soundly thru the night. She tells me not sure how anyone could give me up, but that my next family will treasure me because I really am a true gem. If you have a quieter household, want a playful but knows how to relax dog, maybe have a play fur sibling for me (but not mandatory) and don’t mind me crashing in the bed with you at night, please apply for me so I can meet my forever family!
