Sorrel comes to us via a shelter in WV. We are so glad this guy was rescued from death row. He is 20 weeks old, and 23lbs. He is a very active puppy-like most puppies are. He loves to chew on things (prepare to have lots of chewy toys on hand), very friendly, good with children and dogs, and loves to lay on your lap and fall asleep once he settles down. He's still working on his house manners,(I.E.-house training) .but he's still just a baby so this isn't suprising. So in time, he will learn. Like all dogs, he needs structure and routine. Sorrel is a typical puppy, He wants to please and love on everyone he meets, and is eager to learn. Once you meet this guy face to face, you won't be able to look away from those gorgeous eyes of his that scream 'love me'!
My adoption fee is $350, which covers the cost of routine vetting, rabies and distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, spay/neuter surgery, heartworm testing, my microchip, monthly heartworm prevention, monthly flea/tick prevention, and any transport costs if applicable.

You can save animals like this one by becoming a foster home for a dog in need! Fosters are like way stations between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please check out our information about fostering on our website:

MMR covers the vet care, food, and tools to get started. You supply the love. Fostering saves lives. Sometimes a foster home is the only thing standing between life and death.
