My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bruno is a handsome purebred Cocker Spaniel just 7 years old. Bruno was seized from a hoarding situation and brought to Animal Care and Control of NYC, so his life before rescue was one of being lost in the crowd. Despite it all, Bruno is a happy, friendly boy, with a nice disposition, who gets along well with people and other pets. Unlike many dogs who come from hoarding backgrounds, Bruno appears to have been well socialized, perhaps in a prior life before the hoarding began. Although he will be fine in the company of a furry sibling or two, Bruno would now love more one-on-one attention. He is a healthy boy who has been neutered, microchipped, is current on all shots, and has tested negative for heartworm. Bruno will be treated to professional grooming as well as a dental prior to going home.
