My story

We're cuckoo for Cocoa Puff! Of course we're just nuts about him, and who wouldn't be? Such handsome and good natured 3 year old chocolate Cocker Spaniels don't pass through our doors everyday. Cocoa comes to us from Animal Care and Control of NYC, where he was turned in as an owner surrender due to lack of time. Cocoa is such a shy boy that it does indeed seem that no one doled out much attention. He is very gentle but requires time to warm up. What Cocoa really needs is a confidence booster in the form of time and attention. With a little TLC he is sure to make an excellent family pet. Cocoa is a healthy dog who has been neutered, microchipped, is current on all shots and has tested negative for heartworm. He will be professionally groomed before adoption and will go home with a new leash and collar.
