Meet Max and Juliet ... a Romeo and Juliet story if ever there was one. These dogs were surrendered by their owner to the Staten Island shelter. They have lost their home and the life they knew, now all they have is each other. Juliet is a 2 year old black and white parti colored Cocker Spaniel with a sweet and gentle disposition. Max is a hypoallergenic poodle mix (apparently crossed with Maltese) who is just a year old and a tiny boy at just 13 pounds. He is also very sweet and will make an excellent family dog. Max and Juliet are healthy dogs who have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, are current on all shots and have tested negative for heartworm. Both will be professionally groomed before adoption and will be sporting new leashes and collars at the time of going home.
