Juno is a handsome buff and white Cocker Spaniel just 3 years old. Juno comes to us from Animal Care and Control of NYC, where he was turned in as an owner surrender. We believe Juno to come from a severely abused background, as trust remains a challenge for him. What Juno needs is a true partner in life who will accept set-backs along the way and recognize them for what they are: steps back on the way forward to a successful life. Juno has worked hard with a trainer and has bonded well with his foster, so we are confident that rehabilitation is within reach. His behavioral challenges aside, Juno is otherwise a healthy boy who has been neutered, microchipped, is current on all shots and has tested negative for heartworm. He will be professionally groomed before adoption and will go home with a new leash and collar.
