My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Horus, a name befitting a regal Egyptian god. Did you know the Egyptians used to worship cats? Lucky for you, I don't need to be treated like a king! I'd just like a cozy home to call my own. I'm an 8 year old Birman mix who loves to be loved! I'm a chunky, cuddly guy whose hobbies include treat gobbling, lap warming, birdwatching, and following my people from room to room. I'm not clingy, promise, I just like to have my people near me so I know I'll never be left alone again. See, I ended up at the county pound, and my “number was up”, until the great folks at ALF saved me! They think I have a very mild form of something called “cerebellar hypoplasia”. Basically, I'm a bit wobbly when I walk. But their vet has checked me out and cleared me for adoption, saying I don't need any special treatment! Even better, I've been neutered, microchipped, and given all my vaccines, so I am READY TO GO! Please, look into my big blue eyes, and contact ALF if you want to meet me! I'm waiting for you!
