Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is one of Honey's puppies. She is about six weeks old and is a lab mix.

We are currently accepting applications for this puppy. Once applications are received we will be reviewing them and deciding which families to pursue for adoption. We will contact you within three working days if we are considering your application. Once a family is approved then they would send in a deposit to “hold” the puppy. The deposit is non-refundable.

The cost to adopt the puppy is $300.00. $100.00 is required in addition as a refundable deposit to insure the puppy will get spayed/neutered by six months old. Once the puppy is spayed/neutered proof should be sent to our office with a cover letter and the $100.00 would be refunded within 30 days.

If the new family opts to go to our veterinarian in Gurnee to get their pup spayed/neutered we will cover the cost plus a rabies shot. If the family chooses to go to their own vet we will not cover the cost. We can provide low cost options in certain areas.

The puppy will have his/her first shot, been dewormed and microchipped prior to adoption. The owner would be responsible for all additional booster shots and deworming.
