Carter is from the Presidential Six litter we pulled from Animal Control. He's a bouncy playful pup who is learning his house & leash training.
 
He loves to play with the other pups, and acts like he's the boss...Until he gets around the bigger dogs where he's completely submissive.
 
Carter loves to climb up in your lap and smother you with kisses. Are you ready for some puppy breath?
