My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome 3yr old seal/black and white boy is Sly. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, had a dental in June & is now ready to find his forever home.  

Sly is a ladies' man, and is looking for an all-female home with a securely fenced yard & lots of patience.  He will bark at people walking by or neighbors in their yard.  He is not a fan of men or kids.
 
He gets along great with other IGs (not sure about larger dogs or cats) and would prefer to have at least another small dog to run around & play with. 
 
Sly spent a lot of time crated before coming to rescue & is still learning how to be an iggy and live in the house. He has discovered that he loves toys & snuggling under blankets. He still needs some work with manners & walking on a leash.  He is getting better about going potty outside, but will still need to wear a bellyband (diaper) in the house.
 
He can go up stairs, but gets scared going down them & may need to be carried.  He still views his crate as his safe space & should have one available. 
 
Although he is missing several teeth, he has no problem eating & will happily help his foster brothers finish their dinners!  For that reason he'll need to be separated or supervised for meals.
 
He is a sturdy, bigger boy (15.5 lbs), all muscle! 

He is slow to warm up, but once he does, he is very affectionate, is a great snuggle buddy, loves to give kisses and will be your constant companion. Remember, good things come to those who wait!
