Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We have recently welcomed TeddyBear to Revolutionary Rescue after his original owner passed away. TeddyBear has adjusted amazingly to his new life and is learning a whole new world.
TB has been learning to walk on a leash, go for car rides, meet new dogs and cats, crate training and house training. You wouldn't believe the amazing strides TeddyBear has made over the last few weeks. He loves to play with his toys, shaking them and retrieving his favourite stuffy. Teddy loves everyone he meets including a few children and even cats. He currently is living with 2 other dogs and 2 cats and has shown no issues at all. TB can sometimes be sensitive to being picked up. So his new owners must understand that he doesn't always enjoy being held and snatched up, can ya blame him?
TeddyBear is 5 years old, neutered and received a dental cleaning after coming to Revolutionary Rescue. He is a relatively high energy dog for a terrier, weighing about 13 lbs and requires daily walks. Teddy is light shedding however not "hypoallergenic". Teddy is happy to meet new people and generally only barks for attention to play with his toys or when he wants to be let out to do his business. Teddy previously lived in an apartment and has been learning what it means to go outside to potty. TeddyBear has had very few accidents after a few days of solid reinforcement for using the washroom outside. There is nothing more then TB loves is then to cuddle up on the couch. He is very affectionate and bonds to his people whole heartedly.
Teddy has been fed a raw diet and has been thriving. TB did lick his paws quite a bit when he first came into rescue but has shown a huge improvement since his diet change. We are looking for a home who is open to continuing his raw diet. TeddyBear has benefited from having people home more often then not so we are looking for a mature family who has time to devote to Teddy. If you think you are the perfect fit for Teddy then we ask that any one interested in adopting him first fill out an application, which can be found here: https://goo.gl/forms/ni3SQvgb49KBZEyv1
Teddy's adoption fee is $400.00
Please watch our short video, found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhUKWHWm2bY on all the details on how to adopt a dog from Revolutionary Rescue. We ask that anyone who is interested in adopting any of RR's dogs fill out an adoption application. Please allow a few days for a response as we are all volunteers with careers, families and our own pups. Please no phone calls.
Thanks for stopping by,
The RR Team
