Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Gentleman Jack, our Shiloh Shepherd. This sweet guy just turned three. He currently weighs 75 lbs and could gain 15-20 lbs. His foster family reports that he is a gentle giant, loves to be petted, play with toys and especially likes to play tug-o-war. He is quiet and a perfect gentleman in the home. His previous owners got him as a puppy, As often happens, they now have a newborn and said they no longer have time for a dog. Jack, as you may guess, was heartbroken. He so needs a family to call his own. Jack currently lives with 4 other dogs and thoroughly enjoys their company. We are suggesting he be a single pet but ONLY due to his size. As mentioned, he does get along very well with other dogs. Again, due to his size, he should be with someone familiar with the breed. He is very smart, learns commands quickly and would do well with structure and training. If you interested in making Jack a part of your family, please submit an application through our website, Helping Paw Rescue. Any preliminary questions can be directed to Barbara, 1-717-580-2197.
