Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello and good afternoon everyone...I would like to introduce myself....my name is #Chrissy2BPFF....and I would like to share my story with you...well I was found a stray about 2 weeks ago...I had a litter of pups...and no one really knows how or why I ended up on the streets...but I did...I wandered around...scrounging around for food...like some poor defenseless...homeless pup...I couldn’t believe that I was out on my own...and I was worried sick about my babes...I didn’t know what to do...how could I end up like this...I was a good momma...I took care of my babes...and yet....here I wander.....who would feed my babes...they need their momma...then suddenly...a woman spotted me...and was able to get me to come to her...I was scared...and didn’t know if she would be willing to help me...she could see right away that I had momma’s milk...that I had recently had a litter...she didn’t know who I belonged to cause I didn‘t have an identification tag on me...she....stopped asked around the neighborhood if anyone was missing a me....and no one knew where I belonged....she decided to take me home with her...and she put me on something called SNAP...that’s part of the ACC website where you post lost pups...and ones that are lucky enough to be found...she knew that I couldn‘t stay there too long.....and so...she decided to make some phone calls...she got in touch with aunt Liz from Barky Pines and told her all about me...my picture was all over facebook in hopes that my family would come forward......aunt Liz felt awful to know...that there are babes out there somewhere without their momma...and she said yes...yes she would be able to help...and a little over a week ago...I was brought to Barky Pines...I was nervous when I arrived ...cause didn’t know what would happen to me now...but the moment I met aunt Liz...and saw the compassion in her eyes for me...I knew I would be ok.....still scared and skiddish...I let her hold me...and I realized right then...this woman meant me no harm at all...in fact...she told me she would do everything she could...to try and find my family...she carried me back to Rita’s Cat House ...where I was met by so many happy little faces...the gang all came out to meet me...tails wagging and sniffing me...we made our way inside and aunt Liz had a cozy bed all ready for me with a warm blanket...and a delicious bowl of crunchies....she left me...to settle in a while...and when she came back a short while later...I was laying cozy...she let us all go outside and I got to meet my new housemates..face to face......and again...they came over one by one to greet me...they knew I had recently gave birth...and they knew I was sad...cause I missed my babes...they made me feel right at home...the next day...aunt Mary...brought me to ACC...to process me in...they took my picture...and then they brought me in to see the doctor...I got a rabies vaccine and a microchip...and when I came back out...they said I was to be on stray hold for 10 days...in case my family was looking for me... we drove back out to the farm after that...and I waited the 10 days...and prayed every night that I would be reunited with my babes...but the days passed and no one came to get me...my heart was breaking...knowing my babies need me...but I knew I had to be strong...I had to take care of myself now.....I pray every night before I fall asleep that they are safe...I pray that they know...that their momma loves them ...with all her heart...that’s all I can do..I have become part of the pack here...and now that my stray hold is over...I can share with you all what I’ve been through...I am a good girl...full of energy...I love to give kisses...I am going to go to the doctor soon to get fixed...I had no idea I was broken too...but aunt Liz told me all pups and kitties need to be fixed so that they can adopt us out...I am about 2 years old...they said at ACC I am a Cairn Terrier Mix...I weigh about 9 pounds I’m up to date on all my shots and have a microchip too....if you or anyone you know is looking for a young sweetheart...full of energy...I may be the answer to your prayers...well I better go....I hope you all have a nice day...and thank you for reading my story....thank you all for caring...and especially...for sharing...your friend...Chrissy...woof woof
I have been spayed...and I am ready for my loving forever home...
