My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Benz was rescued from death row at the end of November 2017 from the kill shelter in NYC. He loves to go on walks with a toy in his mouth! He is very gentle and smallish (around 40 lbs), and he's EXCELLENT with small children. He is NOT good with most dogs. But he really loves humans. The ideal home for Benz would have an active family, with or without children, who can take him for a long walk at least once a day or a house with a yard, and no other dogs. He will make himself right at home when he comes over...he'll get right on the couch and watch TV with you and your family!
Please consider giving this special boy a chance at a forever, loving home. He has been through so much in life...he deserves the best from now on!
