Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Norman is 2 year old Black Mouth Cur. He's absolutely beautiful and has such a sweet, deep soul. Norman comes from a rough start where he was caged and had no teething toys or bones so he chewed his own penis and his leg:( After surgeries that rerouted his urinary pieces to have him pee like a girl, we considered naming him a girl's name, but Norman was still an adorable little boy inside, and he even now lifts his leg anyhow! LOL He needs someone who will run with him or hike or has a lot of property for him to run. He's true to the breed and would also make a great hunting buddy. Not good with cats or chickens! He does do well with other dogs that have no aggression issues. He's done well in a foster home with an older English Bulldog, so he's good with calm dogs that just ignore him. He also did well in a foster home with a pitbull that romped and played with him. He knows all his obedience commands. Norman has no separation anxiety. He's house broken and crate trained as well. We can't believe that he's 2 years old now and still has no home! But he's not a city boy - he wants room to run! Please give this soulful boy a chance if he seems right for you. Norman is 65 lbs.
