FAT'Z Mc'Gee that is me! I'm a 2 year old Olde English Bulldog.
If your looking for a dog who has so much love to give, look no further as this handsome fella FAT'Z will bring you happy energy greeting you with his wiggly nub. YOU will feel the vibration of love thru his body as he continuous to wiggle to let you know all he needs is you.He is a simple dog with simple joys in life like playing fetch, sun bathing out in the yard and following you to make sure your not alone. HE surely have a way to brighten anyone's day with his wits and silly faces and his love for squeaky balls.
Fat'z is:
-very patient during
-nail clipping sessions
-ear cleaning
-face/eyes cleaning (although its his least favorite)
-bath time (least favorite but he tolerates it when he has toys)
-teeth clean
-COMMAND he very familiar with SIT, OFF (couch/bed)
-Working progress is LOOK AT ME, LEAVE IT, STAY, DOWN, WAIT FOR Ok coming in/out. As any bulldog, Fat'z is STUBBORN and if given an inch, he will take a mile. He and his foster Mom have been doing obedience training and the training will need to continue with his new family.
-He loves to eat, but not food aggressive. He is also improving on waiting for an OK before he gobble his food.

FAVORITES:
-Playing fetch
-toy : ball (chew toy rubber and thick waterproof cloth thingy toys)
-food (veggies or fruit seems to be allergic to beef flavor or beef bone marrow)
-being petted behind his ears, head and belly rubs (he tends to fall asleep while being petted and pushy to get some petting from you)
-HE loves to cuddle and be at the middle all the time
-He loves attention (he tends to get jealous when you give another attention and would begged to get that attention) For this reason we will not consider families with small children. He is fine with children, but his desire for attention can compete with the needs of a child.

- had an episode of PTSD from suddenly being waken up.

Fat'z will need to be in a home with strong confident individual(s), He prefers male humans over females, he will seek attention and love from ether, but prefers to hang out with the guys. His a typical OEBD, stubborn and slow to learn. Fat'z had a crappy first year & half of life & has shown signs of PTSD. Therefore, the best family fit for him is a structure one that sets boundaries, a naturally confident strong energy person(s) that knows and has experience with the bully breeds, that will continue his training and not give into his baby face or whining. His been bounced around and crappy life prior to rescue, has caused some anxiety, the vet has him on medication to help and he will need to remain on medicine until the vet feels he is ok not to be, which will come after he has a set routine, boundaries and a secure home. Fat'z is great with older kids, adults and other dogs. He will make an amazing dog for the right bully experienced family.
He is located in San Diego, CA. He can been driven to OR for the right family.
