Here's what the humans have to say about me:
RICKY RICARDO (ARKANSAS)
Ricky Ricardo is a 9 year old, 9.5 pound Yorkie boy who is being fostered in Bryant, AR.
Little Ricky Ricardo came to us at 12.8 pounds. He is now a slim 9.5 pounds and still losing weight. We hope he stabilizes about 9 pounds. Ricky's birthday is December 17, 2008, making him just barely 9 years old. This little man does love his food and will need controlled, scheduled meal times to maintain his healthy weight. He feels so much better, has energy, bounces when he walks, wags his tail all the time, and seeks affection. He has a cute smile with the tip of his tongue showing most of the time. He always wants to be where you are always, whether asking for scratches on the couch or laying under your feet . He is a doll and a perfect Yorkie boy. He is a very quiet Yorkie, and his foster mom has only heard him bark twice in the weeks he has been in foster care. Ricky came to us with bad skin, flakes and infection, and an ear infection. He could not even hear for the swelling in his ears. With good food and absence of grain in his diet, he has improved greatly, his skin is clear and coat is shiny, and he hears very well, but he does continue to have an ear problem. Ricky saw a Dermatologist on January 8th who took care of his ears and is beginning allergy treatment. There will be period of about a month to get his routine in order, then he will only need medication about every week to ten days. Ricky should be available for adoption in about a month, but get in line, he will be spoken for quickly. He is just too perfect!
Ricky is housebroken, and if taken out often enough does not have accidents. He gets along well with other dogs, but would also do well as an only dog He is so happy all the time that he bounces when he walks and has a very cute rear view when he does. He just eats up loving and affection. He is smart and willing to learn and is just about the perfect little boy. He is crate trained, but for short times only, like movie out or shopping. He prefers someone who is around home most of the time. Ricky has saved up a lot of lovin' for some lucky someone! Any questions please email foster mom at uyrARFostermom@yahoo.com
