Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Male - Terrier - 1+ year old This is Shaqui. A year old terrier mix'em up with the most adorable little disposition. Shaqui is a very good boy. He is smart, eager to please and highly trainable. This dog would run obstacle courses for you and accompany you on all kinds of adventures, if and when he is lucky enough to be included. Shaqui is a super tranquil little guy at most times. He kind of molds into your lap or arms. He has this adorable way of folding himself to fit perfectly. Shaqui is a stumpy legged little dude and weighs in at about 15 lbs give or take. He has those wonderful eyes that stare deep into your soul, enacting some sort of mind control on you that will force you to pet him and give him cookies and do his bidding. And it works by the way; he has gotten many a cookie that way. He is THAT charming and regularly woos perfect strangers even from across the room. Shaqui has good house manners once shown the 'out' door and ready to meet a family of his own. This dog lives to make you happy and he will be the most loyal, loving companion ever, for the right family. He is smarter than the average dog folks, so you best be on your game.

We are a registered non profit society. All our dogs are vaccinated, sterilized and are fostered in homes with families.
NOBARS believes that a dog is best assessed for a new home environment by living in one!!!! Therefore we do not use kennels, but have a network of approved foster homes where our dogs can be properly assessed before being offered for rehoming. Our foster homes offer a varied range of experiences which means we can choose an appropriate foster home for each dog, but it also means our dogs are able to experience situations which are invaluable to owners looking to take on a new forever friend, such as children, cats and other dogs.
