Diesel is an AMAZING 30lb little man. He is packed full of energy and is always ready to rock and roll.
We literally couldn't say enough nice things about this boy. He came to us, from living tied up in a back yard for months at a time, and we were unsure which way this would go. Well, let me tell you, I struggle every day with the decision to adopt him out, because he really is THAT GREAT! You wont find a more tolerant, accepting and loving dog, I promise.
Diesel is definitely a back of the pack kind of dog. He doesn't mind not being front and center, but if you tell him you have time to cuddle, its on! He isnt pushy, but will accept very happily, any attention he can get.
He greatly enjoys human interaction, as well as interaction with other pets and children. A good game of chase is his favorite thing. He allows toddlers to bounce off the walls around him without the slightest bit of care, and he is protective of his family.
Diesel comes off strong, but within 5 minutes he is your best friend.
Because of his breed, we are being specific in finding a family for him. We need to make sure that we are making the best decision that will allow him to live a happy and healthy life.
We wish to find someone that is willing to continue to work with him in training. They must also have a decent sized, fenced in yard, or the ability to walk and exercise him regularly. He is not a dog that will tolerate being crated all day and prefers to have other furmates to live with.
Please let us know if you are looking for a dog that will keep you on your toes and can also plop down on top of you like the biggest man baby in the world and lick you right square in the mouth!
Adoption fee for dogs is $250.00.
This adoption fee covers:
-Spay/Neuter surgery
-Rabies & Parvo/Distemper vaccinations
-microchip
-dewormer
-heartworm testing and current on revolution
-free first check up
