Adoption Pending - Wanna' PLAY?! My name is Ziggy and I am a really great little boy!! I am around 2-years-old and I weigh 10 pounds. My non-shedding high maintenance coat is a soft handsome white and I have a long waggy tail. I am a Poodle mixed with something else!! I am very friendly and love to play and chase and run and jump and BARK!! I have a LOT of energy and I am always excited about EVERYTHING!! I was picked up as a stray by animal control and when no one claimed me, I was taken to the Safehouse on 01/17/2018. Here at the Safehouse I have a really neat bed of my very own (but sometimes I share with one of the "guys") and lots of toys and doggy friends to play with. It is nice here but I would really rather have a forever family and a home and yard of my very own or one I could share with another friendly little dog. I like treats and sometimes, if I do my special little dance, I can even get doubles. I try to be a good boy except, sometimes, I get excited and forget. I am learning to use the doggy door and to potty outside but you would have to be very patient with me ‘cause I will need some help when I come to live with you. Everyone says I wiggle too much but it is difficult for me to hold still, after all, there is a great big world to explore and I don't want to miss anything!!! I don’t like my face touched, I am not a lap dog and I don’t like to be picked up or hugged but I do like to be around people and I enjoy being petted so the people here are helping me understand that all that loving stuff feels good!! I don’t do well with young children but older kids would be okay. I have much too much energy and curiosity to be left home alone for extended periods of time. I don’t like crates but I can manage confinement in a small room or area. I am healthy and neutered, I have a microchip, I’m current on all vaccines, heartworm and flea/tick preventative, and I’ve even had a complete physical and dental. My adoption fee is $400. .
