My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

COOKIE is such a sweet and loving girl. This 5 year old bully girl is looking for a family to love her. COOKIE was adopted from another local rescue back in 2016. We have no idea what happened and why, but her family left her in the night time drop box at the Santa Rosa shelter. And she is a hot mess. COOKIE has allergies and when not fed proper food and given monthly flea medicine, her skin becomes inflamed and itchy. Pretty soon she start scratching her own furn off. And everything just escalates. The terrible thing is that keeping her healthy is NOT hard. She requires grain free and beef free food and monthly flea meds. My heart aches thinking of how miserable she has been. But COOKIE will be "right as rain" soon enough. And she would LOVE to finish her healing in a wonderful home that will give her lots of snuggles and kisses. Seriously, she is amazing!
