Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Adler is a purebred, neutered male, cafe-au-lait colored, toy poodle. He is a wonderful little dog who has a great personality, and sweet disposition/temperament. Adler is about 8 years old (toy breeds live an average of 15-16+ years, so he has a long life ahead of him!) and is in good health. He has a minor skin allergy that will clear up with a 100% grain-free food, Wilderness by Blue Buffalo. It's easy to get at PetsMart, and very healthy for our pets.
Adler is housebroken, crate trained, knows his basic commands, is good on leash and off as he likes to stay right by his person(s). He is very people oriented and has been great with both my husband and I and our 15 month old little girl. Adler has also been perfect with our own dogs, another toy poodle that is a female, and 2 Labs. He sleeps on the same dog bed with our toy poodle, and he pretty much ignores our Labs. :)
Adler's perfect home would be with an older person/couple that is looking for a loving little lap dog for a companion. He is not a barker, or a nipper, like so many small breeds. He has an easy going personality and is content to lay in your lap, or on a dog bed - he loves to follow around from room to room and is curled up by my feet right now as I am typing this.
If you would like to meet/adopt little Adler, please go to the Rescue's site at www.utahlabrescue.com and fill out the online adoption application. All adoptions include the following medical if not already done: heart worm test, preventative, microchip, spay or neuter, fecal test, and full vaccinations. Adler will also be professionally groomed before adopted.
