Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jesse is a Border Collie/German Shepherd Mix. He is Black and Tan. Jesse is around 7 months old. He is neutered and up to date on his shots. He weighs around 25 lbs.
Jesse is such a sweet boy! He is a little shy at first but then comes right over to you and wants head pats and hugs. He loves to wander around the house looking for someone soft to lay down. He loves to be where you are and likes to sit on your bed or on the couch while you go about your day. He loves to play with the other dogs and wrestle around with them on the floor. After some doggie playing fun he'll curl up in a ball and take a nap. He really loves to go for car rides and loves to sit in the back and look out the back window and say hello to the people behind him. After being friendly with them he likes to sit back down and enjoy the rest of the ride. He loves being around anyone that will pet him or give him hugs and just enjoys being inside where it's warm and being apart of a family.
Jesse would do well in any household. He loves adults, kids and other dogs. He loves people who like to spend time in the family room so he can sprawl across the couch with you and watch a movie. He loves car rides and walk great on the leash so taking him on a family outing would be great in his eyes! He is just looking for that one person or family to give him a second chance at a happy tail.
Jesse is not aggressive with other dogs, he's has been with small, large, young and old dogs.
At the rescue we require dogs to be kept indoors. There is a $95 adoption fee for puppies, and a $85 adoption fee for Adult/Senior Dogs.
