Sweet little Shasta and her adorable ears will win you over in no time. Saved from a high kill shelter, Shasta knows just how lucky she is and shows her appreciation with non stop purring. This sweet little angel came in as a stray and when her family never came to save her The Pet Rescue Center stepped in to do just that. I mean look at that face! She is not just looks though, she also LOVES to play with toys! She likes making friends with our other rescue kitties and would make a great companion for a current kitty, but also wouldn't mind being spoiled as the only kitty in the home. ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to reduce unnecessary euthanasia of dogs and cats in at-risk situations and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
