My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dearie is clever, friendly and sweet! She was rescued from the shelter in October 2016 when she was about a year and a half old. Dearie would be happiest in a family all to herself as she is very shy. She will run to one of her designated hiding spots if she is caught off guard by a loud noise or new person in the house but once all is calm again she will make her way back into the living areas to snuggle up in her favorite fuzzy blanket. The first thing you will notice about her is her striking yellow eyes. They are big and bright! And if it weren't for the jingle bell on her collar she would be amazingly stealthy! She knows what she wants and isn't shy about asking for it. When her foster mom gets up in the mornings, Dearie leads the way to the kitchen where her food bowl is and when it's time to wind down in the evenings she is sure to claim her spot in a lap first! This little girl will be a purrfect fit for someone looking for a constant companion, as she will give love as happily as she receives it!
