Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bart is a 3-4 year old black short haired cat that is available for adoption. He was originally found living outdoors with his mother and littermates in August 2014. A nice man was feeding this family of cats, but needed our help to get them all spayed/neutered and placed up for adoption. Bart was 4-5 month old when he was found and he was feral/wild, but our staff worked with Bart and he is now very social.
Bart is an independent type cat that enjoys hanging out with his feline friends. He hunts mice in our basement, likes to play with ping pong balls, or finds his way to our enclosed cat porch on warm days to lounge around. He can be a bit shy with new people, but once you gain his trust he likes to "talk" and be pet. We are hoping to place Bart into a quiet home with other cats that will allow him time to adjust to a new environment.
Bart is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and tested negative for leukemia and FIV. If you would like to find out more about him, please contact our office or stop by and ask to meet her.
An approved adoption application is required to adopt a pet from our Humane Society. The application is available on our main website at www.tlhsny.webs.com. You may submit your completed application to us via email, postal mail or in person at our office. Please visit our website for more adoption information.
