My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Corey is a 4 year old male Beagle who was surrendered along with his siblings Latte and Benjamin, from a home where they did not get the attention or care that they deserved.

He came to us very scared as he had never been outside his home, not to mention in a shelter environment. We are slowly learning more about Corey, but it is clear that each of these dogs is sweet and loving and will eventually make a wonderful companion for someone.

Corey used to be the most fearful of the three, but he has really come out of his shell and is making great progress. He loves affection. We feel he would love to be with another dog.

These dogs will need owners who will be patient enough to continue slowly introducing them to the world. A prospective owner will need to let them come out of their shells in their own time and be willing to housebreak them.

If you have the love and the patience required, please stop by the shelter to meet them, or any of our other dogs during our open hours Tues 12-6, Wed and Thurs 2-5 and Sat 10-3. We do recommend that you check our website prior to your visit as open hours are subject to change.
