Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kay Kay is approximately 6 years old, spayed female, UTD on vaccines, and microchipped. She was an owner surrender to the local high kill shelter and ROLV pulled her from the transfer list.
Kay Kay is a very sweet and timid girl. She enjoys chasing and playing with her tennis balls and has such a playful energy. She loves to play as much as she can as if she is making up for her lost youth. She is potty trained and knows the command "sit." She does well on the leash. She attaches herself to her human very quickly and does not want to leave your side. A common rotti trait. She is described as a goofball because of her playfulness. She enjoys making people laugh and smile.
Kay Kay currently has issues with her ACL's in her back legs. However, the medication she is on keeps her very comfortable without surgery. Although there is a possibility she may need surgery in the future, she seems to do very well without.
Kay Kay will do well in a home without children as she does not seem to care to be around them and can get upset easily. We believe she was abused in the past which makes her nervous in certain situations. She will need an EXPERIENCED HANDLER ONLY that will help her trust again.
If interested in meeting Kay Kay, please fill out an adoption application at rottsoflv.com. This form is required before all meet and greets. Adoption fee is $250 which includes a home introduction by our professional trainer. A home check and vet check is also required.
