Biscuit is 7 yrs old from a Jacksonville shelter. He's in Tallahassee and needs to stay close to foster incase adoption doesn't work out. . He's a purebred peke and needs and experienced owner that knows and loves the breed. $150. A vet reference house visit and application are required.
