Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Beagle mix, female, 5 years, 28 lbs.
Molly is a happy girl in an unhappy situation – you see, Molly is a bit scared of small children, and there is a new baby in the home! Prior to the baby’s arrival Molly was a happy, well loved dog. But now, while Molly is still well-loved, she is not happy, and her family is sadly in the position of finding her a new home. Molly is house trained, has excellent house manners, and her family calls her the perfect dog. Sometimes she can be a little anxious on long car rides, or meeting new people, but she quickly settles down once she realizes they are friends, especially if they are male – Molly LOVES the guys. Molly is polite meeting other dogs but has not spent much time around them and seems to prefer being an only dog. She does not seem to know what to do around other dogs, and prefers her space. Molly enjoys walks and loves to snuggle, play fetch and tug, and is great at catching tennis balls and food/treats in mid air. She would likely do well with teenagers in the home, but small children make her anxious. Molly has been with her current family since she was 8 weeks old and was adopted from the SPCA. If you are interested in meeting Molly please fill out an application through Peppertree Rescue, and we will forward it to her family.
* If you are interested in adopting this dog, you must first complete an adoption application at http://peppertree.org/adoptapp.php. Or visit our site (http://peppertree.org/adoptlist.php) and learn about other Peppertree dogs. *Note: visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
