We can’t help it, we love our seniors! They are almost always overlooked in shelters so we open our doors to them whenever we can.
Twelve-pound Rudy was surrendered to a kill shelter when his owner was placed in assisted care. He is a happy boy, doesn’t know any strangers and is looking to enjoy the second half of his life in a loving home. He’s friendly with everyone he meets and gets along with other dogs. A little over ten years old, his tail is always wagging, loves to walk (he has no mobility issues) and he gives kisses freely. Rudy is a gentle soul, a low maintenance little man who deserves to live out the second half of his life with a family who doesn't care that he's a senior. He is neutered, up to date and has had a complete dental to show off his great smile! We also had a senior blood panel performed which ensures there are no underlying medical issues with him.
