Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
George (and Lenny) are wondering why no one has applied to adopt, or even meet them yet?! We don't get it either!!
These boys may be a little "different", but in our eyes, it just makes them even more special! They're definitely little fighters and are growing into quite the characters with their own personalities!
They had a really rough start at life and almost didn't make it, but now they're medically clear and all they need are forever families of their very own to start the next chapter of their lives with!
George (darker) is a little spitfire; he loves to play and go-go-go. When it's not too cold out, he thinks romping in the snow is just AWESOME. He also enjoys taking a break from his active lifestyle to enjoy some cuddle time and a quick nap.
Lenny (lighter) is the more relaxed of the two, he loves to cuddle up and be held. He is also super inquisitive and loves to check everything out. Lenny has this awesome little walk that will make you smile every time you see it.
If you are interested in meeting Lenny or George, please fill out an adoption application at www.rhar.org and we can set up a time to hang out with these cuties!!
They were brought into the emergency clinic (covered in urine, feces, and dirt) where it was first suspected that they had distemper. As it turns out, they were being kept in a makeshift outdoor pen (a playhouse), where they fell through the flooring and were dangling by their heads - resulting in strangulation and head trauma. It was unknown if they would survive, but thankfully they did! They also had a nasty case of parasites and puppy strangles (unrelated to actual strangulation).
