My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This gorgeous girl with the kind eyes was at a high kill shelter.  She had a chip but nobody came for her.  She was then adopted but - in her excitement at the dog park - she jumped on her owner and scratched them.  They heartlessly returned her back to the scary shelter where she waited once again for someone to save her. We knew she deserved a second chance and now she is safe with us and looking for her real forever home this time.
She is an exceptionally well behaved, gentle dog who does well with other dogs of all sizes and would likely do fine with cats with a proper introduction.  She is thoughtful and eager to please.  She does love to wrestle and play with her canine companions so another dog in the home would be best for her.  She is 99% house trained, great on leash and loves going for hikes and car rides.
