Hi! My name is Nixon. I came to Headin' Home not too long ago and I came from another shelter where I was surrendered because my previous owners could no longer care for me. I am a little shy of people at first, but I warm up very quickly and will even give you kisses! I would prefer to be in a home without any other pets as other animals can make me nervous. I would love to have a home of my own with you!

An approved adoption application is required. The $185 adoption fee (payable by cash only) includes spay/neuter; microchip; dental teeth cleaning (if needed prior to adoption); vaccinations; and heartworm testing. Dogs for adoption may be seen by appointment only following an approved application. Proof of completion of an obedience class is required for all dogs following adoption. Please note: while we welcome out of state applications, we do not ship our animals and require adopters to come to Holland to finalize any adoption.
