Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Are you looking for an active new friend for the New Year? Look no further!!!
Mister is an energetic and happy little boy who is looking for his new forever home. He was brought to our rescue from a bad situation where he was tied to an outdoor doghouse with the intention of breeding with some other Silky's. He has since been neutered and is learning how to be a dog, and quickly learned to "sit", "stay", and other commands as well as learning how to use a doggy door to help with his house-training/potty training.
Mister's hair was completely matted down to his skin when he first came to us, so his coat was clipped quite short and is now in the process of growing out. His multi-colored soft coat should be lovely once it has grown out and is properly cared for.
Mister is about a year-old, so still has a bit of puppy energy. He loves to retrieve tennis balls and other small toys, and will "talk" to his toys and to his humans when he is in his playful mood, which is most of the time!
Mister has been getting along exceptionally well with all the other small dogs at our rescue and would probably prefer a home with another doggy playmate, or a home where he is rarely left alone.
Although Mister is reported to be a purebred Silky, we do not have any of his registration paperwork to pass on to his new owner.
If you are interested in considering Mister as a new addition to your family, please request an Adoption Application via email to info@OneVoice4Paws.org.
Mister's Adoption Fee is $400
