Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Lila at our adoption day on Saturday, January 13, from 1:30 to 4:30 at St. Francis Animal & Bird Hospital in Rosevillle. Lila is about 2 years old; she has been spayed, felv/fiv tested (negative), microchipped, and vaccinated. Lila came to us from an animal control facility. Her previous owners consistently let her outside and she was continually being brought to animal control. Her owners finally decided they did not want to pay the money to reclaim her and that's how she ended with us. She is deaf and would be best in an adult home with someone who has had cats before. She meows loudly and startles easily, she cannot hear you approaching. She still tries to make it outside, which is far too dangerous, especially for a deaf cat. She does like to go out on a leash though when the weather is nice. At first she didn't like other cats but she tolerates them, but may be happiest as an only cat. She is good with well mannered dogs. As you can see in her photos, she enjoys her Temptation treats and knows just where to find them! Lila will be ready for a new home by mid November.
Cause for Paws is a small, all-volunteer Minnesota nonprofit 501 (c)(3) group whose main focus is on finding homes for stray and abandoned cats and kittens. Cause for Paws fosters these cats in our own private homes; we do not have a central facility. To find out more about Lila or any of our other kitties, please contact Cause for Paws either by email at cause4paws@hotmail or call us at 952-259-1483. The adopition fee is $140. Thank you.
