Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Miss. Wiggles is as sweet as can be! She is such a happy go lucky gal and you would never guess she is heartworm positive!! Wiggles came to us from another shelter in Tennessee, she came to us with a pretty nasty skin infection but that has since cleared up with medication and are just waiting for the hair to grow back in some spots. Wiggles is also really good about keeping her living space clean and walks well on a leash, she still needs some basic obedience training.

She is currently being treated for her heartworm so will need to be in a foster to adopt home in the area as her treatment will be over the next couple of months. The only implications on her is that she needs to have some restricted activity during the treatments. After her treatments are finished she should have a relatively normal life with no restrictions!

An approved adoption application is required. The $250.00 adoption fee (payable by cash only) includes spay/neuter; microchip; dental teeth cleaning (if needed prior to adoption); vaccinations; and heartworm treatment. Dogs for adoption may be seen by appointment only following an approved application. Proof of completion of an obedience class within a year of adopting is required for all dogs following adoption. Please note: while we welcome out of state applications, we do not ship our animals and require adopters to come to Holland to finalize any adoption.
