My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I was left in a parking lot with my babies, their eyes were not even open yet, in a Rubbermaid container. There were no airholes and we were very afraid. Someone took us in and called the Raleigh County Animal Rescue for help. Today I am looking for a home with a loving family that I can take care of. I like to play tug of war and a lot of other games. Give me a chance to love you, you won't regret it. STEPS FOR ADOPTION For the fastest response, you can call 304-254-4149 and ask for Pearl's foster mom. Adoption fees are required to help this & other pets receive the medical, grooming, etc. care they need. Adoption fees must be paid in CASH. RCAR reserves the right to refuse adoption when we feel it is not in the best interest of the pet. Applications are approved or denied in the order they are received, therefore if you see the pet you applied for listed as adopted, this doesn't mean that your application was denied it may however mean that it was simply not the first application received. We will in most cases notify an approved potential adopter within 72 hours. All applications are reviewed to find the best match for the pet. Please understand that our group is run by volunteers, which means they have families, jobs, etc. that must come first, therefore emails and phone calls may not be returned the same day that they are received. We make every attempt to answer all emails and phone calls within 72 hours.
