My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Orie and DJ are lifelong partners who were relinquished into our care in October of 2016. DJ is in his twenties and once served as one of Ivy's "seeing-eye ponies." During that time, he wore a Safe-Cat collar with a bell on one of his ankles to help her navigate by sound. After Ivy crossed the rainbow bridge, we decided they deserved a second chance at a forever home.

​D.J. is a former cart pony and has a hole in his forehead from some unknown, previous accident or abuse. As with many of our rescue horses, we don't know their past, but we do have the great privilege of knowing their hearts. DJ and Orie are a bonded pair and must be adopted out together.
